Keeps up the pace and the interest, loving the multi time stream approach, feels like it should be much longer series -- after this book there's just four chapters to go.
More interesting than expected -- good insight and maybe halfway awareness that Macca isn't quite the paragon of virtue presented as...feels like more warts hiding behind the scenes.
Not quite what I expected from the previews and covers, quite fun but ultimately inconsequential. It's just a Guy Ritchie action movie, big characters and "laugh out loud" lines but no depth.
This is the third time attempting this series and this time it seems like it will stick -- noticed some things I don't recall seeing before, and generally a lot more engaged with it rather than just "WTF"
